Our U11 footballers took part in the John Kerins Tournament on Saturday morning in glorious sunshine in Manning Park. The lads played 3 games v Shamrocks, Ballygarvan and Crosshaven. They played some excellent football throughout the competition and although did not qualify for the finals next month the lads can hold their heads up high. Thanks to all who gave the lads great support, to those who provided sandwiches and cakes, to those on traffic management and to Johnno for operating the clubhouse for supporters to avail of teas and coffees. Thanks to the organisers of the tournament and officials for reffing the matches. Best of luck to Crosshaven and Shamrocks in the finals next month.
